London Symphony Orchestra Inglewood Concert reviews
Elvis Rocks, the Colosseum does not
The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor was the first time I've seen a show. We had main floor seating, which was comfortable, but not properly secured. Whenever anyone in your row moved or danced a little in their seat, it felt like the person behind you was kicking your chair. So I sat there, feeling like someone was kicking my seat, and getting the stink eye from the woman in front of me who kept turning around because she thought I was kicking her seat. I would have liked to stand up to avoid the entire problem, but everyone sat through the entire thing. She was not bright enough to figure out that I was not, and she was furious. (Yes, blonde in row 9 who likes to play with her hair and wave her arms weirdly, I am talking about you). This was a huge distraction, and really took away from my enjoyment of the show.
London Symphony Orchestra put on a phenomenal show, as usual. It was infuriating when people didn't sing along when he wanted them to, such as during "Watching the Detectives" and I felt bad.
I am very disappointed in Canada. The Colosseum is not a good place to see a show, it's almost like a high school gym.
